Somara Detox is a guided, 21-day online course with Ayurvedic recipes, advice, and guidance to help you set new healthy habits. It helps you shine the light on the negative habits and learn how to create new ones so you can feel on top form — always.
In these seasonal courses, you will understand the barriers to improving your health and discover the techniques to help you prioritise your health and set positive habits.
Each course includes a guide with easy-to-follow Ayurvedic detox recipes, nutritional advice, healthy habits guidance (including intermittent fasting), daily practices and questionnaires to help you discover your constitution type. You will also get audio recordings including guided meditation plus NLP and hypnotherapy techniques for positive mindset transformation.
And, as part of an online group, you will be part of a community of like-minded people where you can keep the motivation, swap ideas and keep on track. You have the option to join live, weekly interactive Zoom catch-ups with like-minded people (also available on-demand) and access a private Facebook group with regular updates and relevant posts and insights.
