I’m very excited to offer this wellbeing day experience in a brand new venue just 2 miles away from Newquay, near Porth Resevoir, it’s a converted barn studio with an outdoor spa in a peaceful woodland location.
Enjoy a day of a multi-sensory exploration for the mind, body and senses. Let this healing experience lift your spirits and wake up the senses. Indulge in a morning practice of energy medicine yoga, settle muscular aches & tension with gentle movement therapy, invigorate your body with an outdoor spa & body scrub, soothe your senses with a candle-lit guided meditation and soundbath experience
Delicious vegetarian buffet lunch, hot drinks and homemade cakes are included

Energy medicine yoga
Enjoy a hands-on sensory approach to yoga postures. Learn how energy moves through the healing channels of the body. Discover how to transform and enhance your regular yoga practice with slow-flow energy medicine techniques. Discover how to release and unblock stuck energy in the body’s healing channels (meridians) with hands on movement patterns like holding, tapping, molding, sweeping, and rocking. Learn how to invigorate the the body, feel enlivened, as you discover how energy works in the body and how to wake it up.

Learn which reflex posture pattern you’re stuck in.Even yogis have postural problems, muscular pain, and tension.

Indulge in a outdoor spa, with heat a& cold water therapy. Come an unwind and deeply relax surrounded by woodland.
Enjoy a body scrub, made by a local herbalist, invigorate with a cold water outdoor shower, then a enoy the deeply detoxifying sauna and hot tub.

Candle-lit guided meditation & immersive soundbath healing
Enjoy a soothing candlelit sound bath and guided meditation. Relish the opportunity to relax and heal the mind, release tension, open blocked energy channels, and generate new vibrational frequencies. You’ll leave feeling rejuvenated, deeply relaxed and ready for the December festivities! This will be a soothing deeply relaxing, immersive experience of guided meditation and a soothing sound bath. Discover the vibrational soundwaves of the healing instruments to deeply connect with your body’s innermost wisdom.The sound healer uses the gongs, drums, singing bowls and many other instruments to tap into ‘source energy’ to integrate the sound vibrations with our subtle bio energy fields.The guided meditation is based on ayurvedic, chakra balancing and body awareness.
