With over 25 years of experience as a yoga teacher, Mara has developed a simple yet powerful practice that combines conscious breathing with guided meditation to help you release tension and enter deep relaxation.
Each session is unique and intuitively guided, inspired by the energetic themes of the day — including the season, numerology, chakras, and wisdom from animal oracle cards.
Mara’s soothing voice and nurturing presence create a safe space where you can slow down, reset, and reconnect with yourself.
