Enjoy a 3 hour Saturday wellbeing afternoon of gentle embodiment yoga (somatics), guided meditation and soundbath healing session plus homemade vegan cakes and a hot drink of your choice.

 

The afternoon timetable:

1:30-3pm Gentle embodiment yoga (somatics).

Learn how to move with ease and feel the benefits of unlocking the myofascial system with somatic movement sequences. The session allows you the time to deeply connect with your body and rebalance your nervous system.

3-3.30pm Tea and cakes break.

Homemade vegan cakes and hot drink of your choice from the award winning Shiva Cafe

3:30-4:30pm Guided meditation and soundbath

Enjoy being supported and nurtured with soundbath healing. We start the session with some simple breathing techniques, which lead into a guided meditation. This follows onto an integral soundbath healing session, you’ll be immersed in the healing sound vibrations and frequencies of the many ancient healing instruments to feel soothed, nourished and rejuvenated.
