Somara Retreats are exclusive, nourishing and creative healing experiences — all set in beautiful rural locations around the South West — designed to help you reinvigorate your mind, body and soul.
These wellbeing weekends combine a range of Somara therapies in 8 workshops across 3 days, including gentle somatics, yoga, soothing sound healing and guided meditation, plus a healthy habits workshop (drawing on many elements of Somara Detox). Massage is also available as an optional extra.
Accommodation is provided and all events are fully catered with delicious, vegetarian Ayurvedic food. Spectacular nature walks are also part of the healing experience, along with cold water dips or sea swimming off secluded beaches (depending on the season and location).
