How does it work?
I deliver adaptable personalised programs that give you a wide range of opportunities to enrich your experiences, while creating a cycle of continuous improvement to help you to achieve your goals.
- Investigate: We find out what you would like to achieve, what you currently do, and how you can get you there (including how we overcome any barriers).
- Design: I plan a tailored program and timeline to suit your wellbeing, health or fitness goals.
- Deliver: You receive personalized sessions which can include one discipline or a combination of as many as you need, depending on your goals.
- Refine: Together, we regularly assess your progress, redefine your goals, and adapt the program accordingly.
Eight disciplines: Mix and match as many as you like
- YOGA: Energy medicine yoga, hatha yoga, vinyasa flow yoga, and somatic yoga
- SOMATICS: Gentle movement therapy to re-connect your mind and body
- MEDITATION: Guided, personalized meditations to
- SOUND: Sound bath sessions to calm your nervous system
- DETOX: Ayurvedic-inspired courses to fine-tune your gut health and renew your energy levels
- HYPNOTHERAPY: Hypnotherapy and neuro-linguistic programming (NLP) to positively transform your mindset
- FITNESS: Strength and conditioning coaching, including high intensity interval training (HIIT) and aqua workouts
- MASSAGE: Holistic, sport, Ayurvedic, Swedish, or myo-fascial release technique

Where can we do the sessions?
We arrange a time and a place that suits you. There are three studios we can use in Newquay, or we can arrange home visits or online if you prefer.
What’s included?
One-hour sessions – face to face or online – as part of an ongoing program.
Movement videos, audio meditation recordings, and (where relevant) written programs.

Costs from
£65 for a one-off session
£45 per session when you book three or more
- Please pay at least 24 hours in advance (by bank transfer) for all sessions; message me for bank details.
- If you cancel a session within 24 hours, you will incur a 50% cancelation fee.
