Ella Vida is an intuitive singer and meditation guide who channels vocal melodies and light language-inspired sounds to create a deeply immersive healing experience. Her voice acts as a bridge between music, meditation, and energetic connection, helping participants relax, open their hearts, and reconnect with their inner wisdom.

Mara is a somatic yoga teacher with over 25 years experience in the wellbeing industry She’s a meditation practitioner who’ll guide you into a deep relaxation before the soundbath and vocals experience.

Join us for a deeply nourishing evening inside the beautiful yurt at The Zen Den — perched above the sea at Watergate Bay.

As the sun begins to soften over the cliffs, you’ll be guided through a grounding blend of calming breathwork, guided meditation and an immersive sound bath designed to help you release tension, reset your nervous system and reconnect with yourself.

Expect warm spacious yurt, ocean air, deep rest and soothing sounds that invite you into stillness. Whether you’re feeling overwhelmed, burnt out or simply craving space to breathe — this is your invitation to slow down and restore.
