A creative yoga flow class with dynamic yoga postures, Mara is a yoga teacher with 25 years of teaching experience. She teaches a fusion of dynamic flow yoga with creative sequencing and guided meditation — what she calls ‘creative flow yoga.’ She has studied and taught Power and Hatha yoga.
